So the holidays are here, but more importantly to my brain it’s time to start formulating a 2011 plan/set of resolutions/etc. I’ll post that next week, but definitely on that list is a) improve my painting skills (and play with some collage in there too) and b) draw less heads in my sketchbook. I sure draw a lot of heads. But here’s some painted doodles from today. Given my attempts in 2009, I sort of see some improvement!
Gotta look back to my Charley Harper and Mary Blair books for painted inspiration…
