I love terrariums (seems like everybody I know does!) but have never made one. And to be honest I miss the desert succulent plants a lot, so there’s really no excuse! I figured since I do so much plant drawing anymore (weird, really!) I might try and bring it into the 3D and kill two birds with one stone.  So for Cosmic Forest, I’m making a few to hang in the windows. There’s clay, cut painted paper, and some painted shells and sea ephemera in there. I really love them. Perhaps down the line I’ll produce some kits so people can make their own?
Pardon the webcam shot, my camera batteries died and I was just too excited to share.
Cosmic Forest opens next Friday, be there!
