It’s the final countdown! As you’ve heard me talking about a lot on here or on Twitter, Cosmic Forest opens tomorrow. To say I’m excited is an understatement.
The photos above were taken by my fantastic intern, Ryan J Bush. The rest of the show gets installed tomorrow- I’m finishing the last three or so pieces today.
Please if you have time come down to Land Gallery, which is at 3925 N. Mississippi Ave. in Portland. The opening’s from 6-10pm, and I’ll be there! Bring your trusty art supplies too as there will be a sketchbook and I will be cheerfully ordering people to draw in it. Let’s draw and collaborate people!
I’m honestly not sure what’s next for me after this (besides some freelance assignments next week)— but I think I want to make a book of some sort. I’m debating making something related to Cosmic Forest— maybe a field guide. We shall see!
