Hi all,
I opened my shop back up (it’s pretty small now post-Stumptown and TCAF!) and with that placed my newest print, Messrs. Owl, online for purchase! It’s 8x10” on cream paper and a pretty big edition (200!) and I’d love them to fly into your home so please spread the word!
Sales from this print will go into making my next print, which I’m hoping will be gold foil, although the subject has yet to be determined…
Well hello, Messrs. Owl. Might tweak a little more and I’m flipflopping about the colors… but with luck I’ll have this print ready for TCAF!
And yes, I’ll have copies to sell online too. A lot of them!
My screenprint (printed beautifully by the fine folks at Vahalla Studios) arrived today! It’s so nice looking on natural paper; I can’t wait to mail some of these promo packets out! Should be sending 50 out to publishers in the next week or two, thank goodness!
I want to design a screenprint for TCAF too. Any requests?
Putting together some promotion stuff to send out to clients… this’ll be a two color 8x10” screenprint that I’ll be getting produced. Working two-color is challenging, but ultimately I’m happy with the end result! Halftones, animal folk, and onion domes a plenty.
A few shots from the studio this weekend. It’s grizzly and gray out right now, but looking at Quail and Hedgehog (and even jealous Fox who wishes he were printed already!) brightens my day. Soon they’ll be sewed and stuffed into pillows— yay! And it doesn’t hurt to have a playful dog in the house either. Her new nickname is ‘Oviraptor.’
